Giant tankers silently transport millions of gallons of crude oil up and down the Delaware river, disgorging their massive payloads almost daily at the Marcus Hook and Chester refineries. Tonight, a cold front blew through just in time for some great light to peek out before sunset. This strange, tumultuous weather has hung around for the last few weeks, making the clouds simply fantastic.
