Nikon D3x Info Leaked

It would appear that the newest issue of "Nikon Pro Magazine" delivered to some folks across the pond has revealed specs on the fabled Nikon D3x a little early. The new still camera is a 24.5MP full-frame unit capable of 5 fps continuous shooting at full resolution (cripes!). Rumors are swirling that the official announcement will come on Dec 1st, but no word yet on when these babies might start rolling off the assembly line – or how much they’ll be selling for. It will be very, very interesting to see what Nikon’s asking price turns out to be for this new beast, considering the Canon 1Ds Mark III still carries a list price of $7999.00 (but can be found for $6,679.95 and less as the days go by) Here’s the link to the leaked article from Nikonrumors.com and another from Mr. Seb Rogers’ Blog.
