Stock and Commercial Licensing

Rights Managed Licensing:

The complete catalog of my photographs is available to be licensed for stock use, and my image library contains thousands of images in 35mm format of wildlife, nature, and landscapes from the east coast of the United States. Many of my photographs have been selected for use in advertising, calendars, books, note cards and several websites. Please contact me via email for image research or price quotes.

To provide a quote for image use, I will need to know the following:

• Specific Use: in what media will the picture(s) be used? I.e. book, magazine, brochure, website, video, etc.
• Industry: in what industry will it be used? For example, publishing, paper, advertising...
• Distribution intended: local, regional, national, international
• Size: the image size related to the final page size, if printed, I.e. 1/2 page, full page, etc., or screen size if on website.
• Total circulation: how many copies will be produced.
• Duration: amount of time you plan to use the image(s) (ie; 1 month, 1 year, etc)
• Start date/End date

Personal Use:

If you wish to order prints of images found on this site for personal use only, please refer to the photographic prints page.

Licensing:

An image license grants you one-time, non-exclusive use in a specific publication or web domain. If you use the image in a brochure, you do not have the right to create a new product, such as a magazine ad, without obtaining a new license. I only offer “Rights Managed” images, meaning rights are granted for a specific usage and time period. I do not offer “Royalty Free” licenses or “for credit” usage licenses.

Delivery:

Upon signed acceptance of the licensing agreement and receipt of full payment, image files will be delivered via a download link (preferred), or sent on CD/DVD via overnite courier.
